Dye Dreams is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using their information responsibly.   Please read below for detailed information about our privacy policy.

Our site uses registration and order forms so you can request products, information and services.  We use the contact information entered in these forms to send your orders to you, track your order history and when necessary, get in touch with you.  Our site uses a secure server and encryption to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information once it is in our records.  We will not share your contact information with any other company.  We may, from time to time, send you an e-mail with information about new products and special offers we think you will find valuable. 

Product Pricing
Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include shipping and handling and are subject to change.  In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dye Dreams reserves the right to cancel orders placed for that product even though the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit for the amount of the order via PayPal.

Shipping and Handling
To provide you with expedited delivery, we ship all orders via United States Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation.  Most orders are filled within one or two business days and you will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment, which should arrive 1-3 business days after we fill your order.  We charge a flat rate of $6 shipping and handling for all orders shipped to addresses in the USA.  For shipments to other countries, we will contact you via e-mail to review shipping options and any additional costs.

For orders consisting of patterns alone, you have the option of USPS First Class service at a reduced fee of $2.  To select this option, enter Pattern in the discount code field when you check out and your order will be discounted by $4.

Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please accept our apologies.  You will need to keep all of the shipping materials and contact us within 5 business days at orders at dyedreams dot com (here
so we can initiate a claim with the shipper.

Return Policy
At Dye Dreams, your complete satisfaction is our goal.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know by sending an e-mail to orders at dyedreams dot com (here)
