Website Navigation
Click on any category in the left menu and all products in that category are shown in alphabetical order. For example, if you click Yarn ~ fingering in the left menu, all fingering weight yarn products are displayed. Click on any sub-category in the left menu and all products in that sub-category are shown in alphabetical order. For example, if you click Luster Sox in the left menu, all colorways for that fingering weight yarn are displayed.
When the list of products is displayed, click on any thumbnail image to display the detailed information about the selected product, including a larger image, and you will have the option to add the item to your shopping cart.
Registration
You do NOT have to create an account to place an order with Dye Dreams. The registration feature is offered as a convenience to our customers to simplify the ordering process and allow you to review your order history and check the status of current orders.
To create an account, click Registration in the right menu. When the Registration page is displayed, enter your contact information, select a user name and password and click the Submit button. After your account is created, you may log in by entering your new user name and password in the right menu and clicking the Submit button. All orders placed while you are logged into the site can be viewed by clicking Your Account in the top menu.
Placing Your Order
If you wish to keep track of your order online, please log in in the right menu bar. You do NOT have to create an account to place an order with Dye Dreams. This feature is offered as a convenience to you.
1. Add your selections to your shopping cart and click Check Out in the top menu.
2. In the Check Out page, review the contents of your order, enter your billing and shipping information and the displayed security code and click Continue at the bottom of the page to move to the Payment Gateway page. Dye Dreams is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using their information responsibly. Our site uses a secure server and encryption to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information once it is in our records. We will not share your contact information with any other company.
3. In the Payment Gateway page, initiate payment for your order by clicking the Click here to complete your order. -PAY NOW- button in the middle of the page. After payment is completed, a copy of your order will be e-mailed to you.
Once we receive and confirm your payment, your order will be shipped.
Secure Payment
You can shop online at Dye Dreams with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. When using PayPal, your financial information, such as credit card or bank account number, remains private and is not revealed to us.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. When you check out, PayPal allows you to pay for your order by either directly entering your credit card information or by logging into your PayPal account to use a registered credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
If you prefer, we can process your order by phone. Send us an e-mail at orders at dyedreams dot com (here) with your telephone number and the best time to reach you and we will contact you directly to provide telephone service.
Shipping and Handling
To provide you with expedited delivery, we ship all orders via United States Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders are filled within one or two business days. When your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment, which should arrive 1-3 business days. We charge a flat rate of $6 shipping and handling for all orders shipped to addresses in the USA. For shipments to other countries, we will contact you via e-mail to review shipping options and any additional costs.
For orders consisting of patterns alone, you have the option of USPS First Class service at a reduced fee of $2. To select this option, enter Pattern in the discount code field when you check out and your order will be discounted by $4.
Cookies
Our shopping cart requires cookies to be enabled in your web browser software. If you do not enable cookies in your web browser, you will not be able to check out your order through our shopping cart. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer by websites. The Dye Dreams website uses cookies to store non-financial information between the pages of our shopping cart. When you end your web browser session, the Dye Dreams cookies are automatically deleted from you computer. If you are concerned about the contents of the cookies, close all of your browser windows before leaving this site and all of the data will be deleted.
